 ractitioners! About Josie Josie Ireland is a Lighting Designer and Product
 ion Manager for theatre\, opera\, and immersive experiences. A graduate of
  Guildhall School of Music & Drama\, they have particular passion for acce
 ssibility\, safe spaces\, and queer stories. They are the chair of the ALP
 D Student Working Group. Josie was also the winner of the Lightmongers' Pe
 ter Parker Award 2025\, and the ALPD's Francis Reid Award for Best Emergin
 g Lighting Designer in 2020. Notable lighting design credits include VERS 
 (Hen & Chickens)\, Dream Lovers (Stanley Arts)\, L'Olimpiade (Vache Baroqu
 e). Revival Lighting Designer for La descente d'Orphée aux enfers at Buxt
 on International Festival (LD Andrew Ellis). Associate Lighting Designer f
 or Dear Martin (Arcola Theatre\, LD Lucía Sanchez Roldan) and Associate L
