Designing and creating theatre is a massively enjoyable hobby, but it can be stressful. Especially in Oxford, the rapid turnover of production teams, cast and crew means that people are thrown together, and famously, something in the production always goes wrong. We’re hoping that the thing that goes wrong isn’t welfare, and hopefully the resources on this page will help.
